Default Idle-Up Valve Leaking '97

Hey guys,
I have an interesting idle-up valve/idle control valve situation. Mine does not seem to be doing what I usually read about here.
I have a 97 LS400.
It has a check engine light on, had the codes pulled by auto zone, like 10 of them. Lean bank 1, lean bank 2, catalyst inefficiency banks 1 and 2, lots of stuff. Enigne runs pretty much perfect, good mileage and power.
Took it to Toyota to have it checked, turns out my idle-up valve is leaking air back into the vacumm lines. Causing my air/fuel mixture to be lean.
I am planning on replacing the valve and the air lines that go to it.
Has anyone had this issue before? Have not seen much on the forums about it.

Thanks
Ash
