hey guys im pretty new to this forum, i just bought a valentine 1 and i have a 1993 LS400 and i want to hardwire it in next to the rear view mirror on the right handside...please help me as i'm an amateur at this thanks!

I'm actually doing mine soon too, should be pretty straight forward. Just gotta find a good power source.

nobody can help you as you havent actually posted a question, but rather a vague indication of what you'd like to do.

sorry, the question is, what do i hardwire it to, and where do i snake the wires? i dont know any specs of power supplies in the car.

have you ever wired anything into a car before? if not I wouldn't recommend doing this yourself since you likely will blow a fuse/relay/worse.

have a shop or experienced friend do it for you this time and pay close attention.

i have never wired a car bfor, but i have wired other electronics...and as far as power supplies, i meant anything that turns on when the car turns on....i.e. rear view mirror, alot of people have hardwired v1's to those, but i dont believe the 93 ls400 has a powered rear view. im easy with directions, and i have my sisters boyfriend who works at a garage, hes done a ton of car wiring, just wanted to find out exactly what to attach it to and where to snake it along to help him do it.

u can probably hook it up to ignition since thats a 12v source.
