$22,000 for a LS400 with 100k miles? Rip-off, but then again, it might be scarce in the country where you're in. If you want to buy my 1992 LS400, I'll sell it to you for $10K. Lol. J/K.

Where do you feel most of the vibration?

I don't know about price levels compared to Europe or the US, but compared to Europe, that is quite expensive. (In Sweden you would get a LS430 -01 with the same mileage for that kind of money. And that is before the haggling starts. )
Without having driven the car myself, the vibrations could be anything. The first thing to check for is tyre pressure. (Unbalanced wheels comes to mind, but when that is an issue the vibrations usually comes earlier, like 70-90km/h.) But it's indeed a warning sign.

Man I gotta start importing stuff to Burnei. The place is closer to Japan than we are! Only downfall is there is no alcohol because the entire nation is Islamic.

Its make the ROAD much safer for MY family and Friends....but on the other hand you can bring your own from neighbouring country just 20 mins away. LOL

How rare is this car in your country? $22K USD for a 10 year old car with bad wheel bearings is REALLY high. For comparison, that is pretty much in lower mileage, used LS430 territory here. Honestly, I would walk away from this. Too much money.
