I thought I had bought a good one but maybe not... just made the whine worse.... maybe install, but I was pretty sure I could handle the four wire install considering i did do the aftermarket myself... but IDK maybe I did it wrong. I bought a pryamid NS-50 35 amp line filter but it just made it worse... should I install it closer to the battery or closer to the stereo... any ideas?

I just want the whine to go away... I have tried to reorient my wires but to no avail.

Check your grounds , one of them is not secure.
