Default What did I blow?

So I'm still relatively new to lexus's in general and never realized how many electrical gadgets could go into a car. I have a 91' ls400.
So heres the problem. I snipped all the wires for the stereo but ended up soldering them back together because the harness metra harness did work.* im an idiot i know* ended up blowing one of the fuses, replaced it and now i have a working aftermarket stereo.
BUT my tilt wheel going up and down does not work anymore. Also my power doors, the rear-view mirror dimmer, and dome light are all shot.
What did I blow?
Are there fuses for EACH of them that i can easily check? or did I really screw up.

you prolly blew one of the multiple "radio" fuses and/or the cig lighter and illlumination fuses.

Definetely sounds like a blown fuse, or fuses.

Drink alot of water and then when you need to urine, pull it out and urine all over the fuses and you will see them light up and start working 100 times more better...

as long as your gauges and sensors are working i wouldnt be overly worried, most likely a fuse and not the load haha
however the power doors/ windows are somewhat notorious for having issues so look out
