Default Update: My 97 LS400

just bought this 3 weeks ago...I installed the bilstein/eibach combo purchased from Lexkost and cut the front and rear fenders to install the MRR GT-1 20's and clear corners

Looks clean bro! I think some of that greenish euro window tint would set your ride off.

Good choices so far. I agree with 'j three' green tint would really suit it.

I see it differently...I think high-grade bluish-grayish ceramic tint would work better.

Man that car looks great jasonm. You really nailed the stance.

looks awesome, great colour. Like it this way already. Only the Gold emblems don't fit this setup imo.

Good job

B. U. Teeful! Very clean, and although I'm not a huge fan of chrome wheels, they certainly work well with the car... making me re-consider my options when the time comes!

What are the specs on the wheels? Particularly widths/offsets?

Looking good, I'm digging that stance.

I think some light tint / chrome emblems would finish your car, IMO.

Wheels should be 8.5 in front and 9.5 in back.

Jasonm, just curious as to why you cut instead of rolled? I have 20" MRR GT1s too and just had mine rolled.

Car is looking good: now just lose the gold badges

Fronts= 20x8.5, +20 offset
Rear= 20x10, +25 offset
Basically G35 offsets

I cut the fenders because I dont want anyone to damage my paint. Dont want to risk cracking the paint and I just needed like 5 mm clearance.

I cut fenders before and had rolled fenders on my 1 gen gs and since I was so close I just went with cutting...came out real clean

Yeah the gold is wack but there may be something unoque there too

or not...

I just de-golded my LS.

It took me a good hour+ to remove (5 min) and clean the adhesive off to the point where there was no trace. If only there weren't 8 register holes in the trunk to ensure emblem alignment I would have left the car debadged.

Nice ride regardless and beautiful color!

I'll take those gold emblems if you don't want them
