guage cluster removal
ok so my speedo needle actually snapped off in my 94 ls, im about to go pick another cluster up. i have a couple questions. first off how hard is it to take the cluster out? and how do i do it? and secondly i can put the needle from the working cluster in my cluster right?

Not very hard at all to remove this with a little knowledge. There is a tutorial that gives you a step-by-step. Yes, there is another tutorial that gives a step-by-step breakdown of the cluster, also done by LexLS. Again, there are slight differences between the different years, however I would beat that almost 99% of this applies to you. Yes you can transfer the needles if you dont want the hastle of breaking the cluster down, but you will find it "easier" to just buy a refurbed one with similar mileage. Possibly a cheaper route and more cost effective might be to have it rebuilt.

well i found a cluster for $30 so i figured that was going to be the best bet.
i searched this site but i guess i was not thurough enough.
