GABE_LS400

Well ive been working on a 92 ls400 for awhile now and just got it out the paint booth. Car is really clean and runs like champ...so far. So everything looks good and dandy, I get a new battery (optima red-top) and it dies after a week and a half. Get it checked and its low so i get it charged up again pop back in the car and again same thing happens. Well i check alternator checked and its good then i check it again by turning car on and unplugging the postive and car keeps running. Well when i replaced the battery alarm went off so i just pulled the fuse. But that didnt help cause now I think the alarm is whats draining my battery. I did the lock and unlock but nothing so now i have my car in the garage with battery unplugged so it doesnt drain. My driver door doesnt lock when i use keyless entry, it tries to but something keeps stoping it from locking all the way. Do you guys think maybe thats why it wont work with the alarm turning off. Any advice guys....
