How do i remove the lense in the front of a first gen where he interior light and sunroof switch is ? I dont want to break it and the bulbs (map lights and door light) need to be changed

Use small flat screwdriver and start from back passinger side towoards the hud (not the side where the doors are)...
If you really look carefuly youl see the "marks" on the plastic cover where you stic the screwdriver into...

It's as easy as that.

i like using stiff 1" or 1/2" plastic putty knives (the cheapest ones from your local hardware stores) for removing interior panels, no chance of scratching it up

I usually put a piece of cloth around top of the screwdriver...

It's very true, it can easily get scratched.

scotch tape will save you a trip to the store and some scratched up ****
