Default Tire sizes? 19x8.5- 19x10...help =)

Need help with tire sizes guys. Got my cuzzins 2000 LS400, he just bought some Wald wheels with these spec 19x8.5 +43 & 19x10+37. I looked up some toyos proxes 4, 245/35ZR19 for the fronts and 265/30ZR19 for the rears? Letme know what you guys think. Thanks!!

Those tire specs are standard for wheels with those specs. As long as he's not planning to add spacers in the future, it will do.

Nope no spacers, but with that current offset will the rims be somewhat flush with the fenders? Thanks for the input
