i just tried starting my car 91 ls4, and the beep starts but when i start it it slows down and doesnt do anything. theres no clicking noises. when the car is on on position for the radio and what not, the radio doesnt work, the power windows dont work, im pretty sure its the battery right?
i just wanna make sure so i dont buy something i dont need

take the battery out and have an auto parts store check it

Sounds like the battery is pretty much drained; especially since you said that the beeps slowed down as you tried to start. As Python suggested, get a ride, remove battery and take to local auto parts store to have checked/charged. In most cases, they normally don't charge for this service.

Well, i don't know whats closer to you...but Autozone or Kragen also charge/check batteries for free
