I finally figured out why my "bulb out" indicator light was still on even though all lights were operating. The bulbs in the third brake light were not the right ones. The correct bulb is a 921 and anything else causes an incorrect amp draw that will confuse the checker assy. Hope this helps others who may be experiencing similar challenge.
