Passenger door does not open!

Passenger door does not open!
The car (92 LS 400) does not unlock the passenger door. Seems that there is something blocked inside the door. I can't even move the **** by hand and can't turn the key in the lock all the way. Is it possible to remove the doorpanel without opening the door? Any ideas how to solve this problem? A discription how to remove the doorpanel would be great.

The car is great!!! Today I showed my brother the car and said
" Try to open the passenger door" He went to the car and opened the door !!!!!!!!
Self fixing car is great. What should I check now so the problem won't come back?
