Smile My new addition, 99 ls400

Hello Everybody I have been really excited about this new purchase. I recently acquired a 99 ls400..this car really is a great car. A week after purchasing it I decided to put some wheels on. For the time being it will do, until I can save up for some real set of wheels, but for now I guess it will do. I did also purchase the suspension kit from puredrifter..(can't wait to put them on). Well here's a couple of pics of how she looks now. Will update the progression. Wald body kit is next. Thanks.

Nice ride - crazy that a 9 year old car can look like new, You will like Pure's Bilstein's. They will drop that bad boy.

caira, it looks like you have vredestein ultrac sesanta tires. How do you like them? how would you rate the quietness, smoothness and grip? What other ultra performance tires have you had experience with and how would you rate these against them? Thanks

Wow! I need a new laptop. I can see that it has tires, but that is about all.

I've had pirelli's, nitto 555, toyo and michelins all were great tires. As far as these vredesteins, I like it very much I've taken it out of town twice already and I must say quietness is top notch just like my pirelli's. Looks great too, lots of complements from people seeing it for the first time and not to mention, price was right too.

Thumbs up

Thanks Caira, you car is looking great though. I also have a blk 99LS, dont you love it? Hoonunya I have a cheap 500 dollar toshiba laptop from walmart. I'm just interested in those tires and caught a glimpse of the tread pattern. I think these and the nitto invo are the coolest looking tires around, the vredestein's being very artistic looking and the nitto's looking very mechanical and engineered.

Great car! That's exactly what mine would have looked like if the opportunity to buy the DH's I have didn't come up.
