This is how My car is now...
But im planning to sale my Rims, paint the car black, drop it get some Crazy japanese Rims, and Japanese Bumper and later fix the interior but rignt now i want to start fix the outside

Welcome! I personally wouldn't change the color to black. I like your color better and it's damned expensive to change a cars color correctly (engine bay, door jambs etc...). It doesn't look like you have any body damage so what's the point really?
A drop and some nice wheels would give it a different look. Hell, just drop it on those wheels and you might reconsider other wheels.
