I have a problem with my 1999 LS400 i have the stock navigation system on it and the outside temperature shows a blank place does anyone know how to fix this and where the temp sensor is located, this is for the temp outside nothing related in the engine.


I also want to drop my car im thinking of putting h&r or tein which one would be better i want the drop but i want the ride comfort to stay the same and i also heard is messes up the trany n a makes u change tires alot is this true will i get problems by changing the springs?

Ambient temp is behind the front bumper dead center.
If it is blank the display is dead on the nav unit.

Is it completely blank (could be a dead LCD) or do you see the two dashes? (no reading)

no, no dashes but the entire LCD lights up idk wut it is. i have a 94 ls4 n wen the lcd went bad its started to blacken up but this one i see the time i see the green light wenever the lights r on on the full thing the only thing missing is the temp readings
