Default LS400 Noob, Lexus Veteran, HID Hi/Lo Question

Hi guys, used to own an ES300, but then got the LS, 1992. I have a set of Hi/Lo 9004 HID kit with halogen highs. I have read something about the polarity changes when switching to high beams and the need for some sort of additional harness. Can someone please shed some light on this? My HID kit does not have any relays. I have attached the diagram

Thanks in advance

Would I need any modifications to prevent blowing fuses with this kit if I wish to retain the high beam functionality?

naa i dont thnk u would, i have my hids doin the same thing, halogen for he high beam and hid for the low beam. the only thing that didnt work right with my eagleye kit was that the aftermarket harness that plugs into the stock harness wasnt working right so i cut it off, spliced the wires and wired them up

Thanks for the reply, when you cut and spliced the wires, was it because os some difference in the orientation of the connection or because the HID harness just had a poor fitment issue?

Thanks Li LS4. I shall be undertaking this tommorrow, as I am planning a long road trip from louisiana to Kentucky. Now if it were suppose the wrong orientation, there are no fuses in the HID system, so what would happen, would it just not light up?or would I have to replace some fuse in the fuse box?
