All the connections for everything but the horn can be made at the fusebox:
Tap into the thick white(or white/purple) and black/yellow(or black/orange) wires at the top connectors for 12V+ battery and ignition - DOUBLE CHECK THE FUSEBOX DIAGRAM I THE SERVICE MANUAL, it's been a while.
The wires for the door trigger/parking light are in the harness that bolts onto the fusebox from the fuse panel side. You'll need to utilize both ignition 1 and 2 on Toyotas for remote start.
The door lock/unlock wires are in the driver's footwell, diode isolate them with an 1N4001 diode with the striped side towards the wires. I believe green is lock, green/yellow is unlock - you need the ones that are operated by the key. Program the Viper for dual-pulse unlocking. Use a DMM to check your wires.

Good idea. I don't recommend installing alarms unless you have some 12V experience and you're comfortable working with a multimeter.

In newer cars, one wrong connection or cut can fry the body control electronics or worse.
