Question 99-VSC and Check Engine after wreck

January 6th I had a wreck with a school bus damaging the drivers side front quarter panel head lights and bumper. We took it to the body shop the local Lexus Dealership recommended. It was at their shop for 4.5 weeks without running really. I know they disconnected the battery as I had to reset the radio and clock. After I got the car back and started driving it about 15 to 20 minutes later the Check Engine and VSC Light came on. Then the low oil pressure light came on. Got the oil checked it was fine and took the car back to the body shop. The Low Oil Pressure light has stayed off but the other two were reset but came back on within 24hours of me getting the car back the second time. These lights have come on before but usually it has been the gas cap issue and it resets. The body shop had someone run the codes and says it is not wreck related just a 10 year old car related issue. Please advise.
