Default lamp failure module

It keeps burning out and it's my third one. I need help!!

Which lamp and what year is your car? You might have a short in the wiring.

91 ls400.. the lamp failure part in the trunk. All off my lights work. But that thing keeps burning. So only part of my taillights stay on. But when I brake all of turns on.

there is a very common issue on first gen LS400s that involve the trunk wiring harness breaking at the driver's side trunk hinge. check it for shorts!
