I just realized that its not easy to find a towbar for 2000 Ls400.
Even Lexus Finland couldnt help!
If anyone knows were to buy (Europe) a towbar that fits this model; please let me know.

The last time I saw a thread on the above UK forum about towbars, people were saying that they were no longer able to find new towbars for an LS400. One person reported finding and buying a used towbar.

We use the term "trailer hitch" in the U.S. instead of "towbar". I have a trailer hitch on my 2000 LS400 but it is of a completely different design from the one you need in Finland.

In the U.S. and Canada, there are many companies that can fabricate a trailer hitch for any vehicle. Are there companies in Finland that can fabricate a towbar for your car?

They say to call for foreign orders. I have a Draw Tite on my '96 LS400, but they seem to have ceased making them. You will also need an electronic controller for the tail lights due to the Lexus electrical design. Good luck!

The problem with custom made hitches is that here in Finland the hitch/towbar has to be EU proven.
