Default newbie wheel fitment question

Ok...I've searched thru here a few times on this subject but still need a little help. I've been looking at a couple sets of wheels and I was wondering how they would fit on my UCF10 and what size tires should I use for each set. Any help is appreciated.
First set:18X8 offset: +31, 18X9 offest: +37
Second set:19X8 offset: +38, 19X9 offset: +38
I do plan on lowering the car if that helps in any way.

those are all so conservative that you could run 245/275 front rear widths with the standard 18" aspect ratio (40/35 of 45/40) and not have any real problems.

if you want flush yes you'll need spacers. www.1010tires.com has a wheel offset calculator so you cna figure out what size spacers you need.
for reference i had 9" front with +24 et and 10" rear with +24 et and they were very flush.

from what i've seen, 9.5 +25 and 10.5 +25 is pretty good fitment, brandicus had 9.5 10.5 +20 and it was on the dot but he had air susp so he was cambered out pretty good.
