Default Is there a diy??

Is there a thread for changing the starter on a 99 ls400? I saw the write up on the 95. Is it the same. Car wouldnt start at all yesterday. Just click click. Started today. So I figured I may as well change it.

Could be a battery/alternator issue...I have the original starter in a 90 with 250K miles..

The battery is 3 months old. All electrical still works. I just turned thre car off and on 5 times and it started. This has happened before, especially when its cold. it usually starts up after the 2nd try. It randomlly has happened yhe past couple months. Sounds like the starter?

I tried looking up his thread, even with his name. Know where I might find it? Thanks.
