Question New Disc Brake Rotor Question - 94 LS400

1994 LS400 - 300,000 miles - I need to replace my front and rear rotors and saw several sets advertised on Ebay. Can anyone tell me what is the main difference in drive and performance of the standard OEM Rotors versus those that are drilled/slotted and advertised by most on EBAY ($200.00 for a full set of 4 with ceramic pads) and why I would or would not want to use the drilled/slot rotors.

Mine have not been replaced in approx. 150,000 miles and are warped by a small amount, can feel the vibrations when stopping or slowing at high speeds and have replaced the pads about 20K miles ago.

Thanks for your information and advice

drilled/ slotted i believe that you can't resurface them.
