Which Fuel to Use? Newbie to Lexus
I just got a 1993 LX400. Love it!
I am sure this has been asked before, but I cannot find a thread about it.
Is it okay to use regular unleaded, or should it be premium.
Car Talk brothers say it is a waste of time to buy premium. I am not sure since I have never had a car like this Lexus.

Put 87 in it and see what your engine does. Most people who say it's a waste have never driven a vehicle that requires it. 87 Octane is known to start pings in engines and it reduces fuel economy and power out of the vehicle.
