Default LF Shop recommendation LS400 90K Maintenance Tampa FL area.

Hi, I have a 98 LS400 that needs to have some 90K maintenance done. I have already purchased the parts but I'm looking for someone to recommend a shop to perform the labor other than the dealership $$$.

The parts to replace are:
Timing Belt - 13568-09070
Timing Belt Tensioner - 13540-50030
Timing Belt Idler Bearing - 13505-0F010 (Right)
Timig Belt Ilder Bearing - 13503-50011 (Lower Leff) (13503-0F010)
Water Pump - 16100-59275-83 (16100-59275)
Thermostat - 90916-03100
Thermostat Gasket - 16346-50010
Cam Shaft Seal - 90311-71001 x 2 Pieces!!!
Crank Shaft Seal - 90311-A0001

I'm in the Brandon/Tampa area. I had a shop lined up with a good rep but they scared me when they called the local Lex dealership and was told the 98LS uses a timing chain... Then they said there is no reason for me to replace my timing chain on a 98 LS400.

I am getting ready to do this work on my '99 LS400. One item I have learned on the boards is that the cam shaft seals are different on generation 2, and NOT an easy replacement like in the generation 1.

yeah, not worth doing the cam seals on 98+ unless you have a problem. you'll have to pull the cams out of the car to do it.
