Raw gasoline smell at starting

Starting up the car in the morning make a huge stink - like raw gasoline.

The weather is getting colder here, it hovers around the feezing mark.

Anybody got any cures?

I THINK the mixture is leaner when it's first started..

I wonder if this would be related...

Sometimes when I start my car up after it has been sitting for awhile, it'll puff a tiny bit of white smoke and smell like fuel. I wonder if I need my rings replaced?
