Default My New Stainless Fender Guards

Gday guys,

Just thought you all might be interested to see my latest celsior update.

Pictures are pretty bad, I couldnt find my keys on the day so it was stuck under the car port giving me poor camera angles but its good enough to get an idea.

I'm not sure if I like them yet, I have had them on for about 2months now and I am getting pretty use to them. At 1st I was unsure but I am starting to like them. Let me know you all think, Leave them on or take them off. Some might say that its not good because it takes away the "flush" rim to panel look, but im not into all that "gotta be a certain way" thing.

Let me know what you think

nice, an actual celsior
massage/reclining seats in the rear? envious of that
as for the fender trim.. i personally am pretty neutral to them, but i dislike them more than i like them, lol
but the car's super clean, everything else looks great (Y)
oh and, what are you dropped on? and do you have two celsiors? :\
you can upload more than one pic by uploading them on imageshack and using [img] [/img]

Nice car! I never found those to be much my taste, a little too blingy.

But if you enjoy them then it hads a nice bit of flair to the car!

Yep, massage/reclining/heated seats in the rear. Dropped on standard airbags with aftermarket datasystems controller. Yep I got 2 celisors, Both CF packs fully optioned, 1 stock as a rock with cream interior, the other (the one in the pictures) has a chocolate brown interior in awesome condition (rare for celsiors)

Im the same with the trims, like them but dont like them haha, I think with chrome door handles and B pillars it will look better, for what I dont like about them makes up for it by no one having them

I think UCF11's photos make the stainless steel fender trim more noticeable than it really is. This kind of fender trim was pretty common thoughout the 1980s and early 1990s -- especially on S-Class Mercedes and even more common on the S-Class in Europe. Both my next door neighbor and I had similar fender trim on our 1990 LS400s. The stainless fender trim seemed more noticeable on his black 90 LS than on my white 90 LS.

Attached is a photo of my 90 LS with the fender trim parked by the 2000 LS400 I still have.

Don't think it looks very well on anything other than a white car. Little too blingy for most other colors. Not a real big fan of them but at least on white, they don't stand out as much.
