Default 91 LS Stock Alarm Help

Hey guys, i tried searching for this but nothing came up.. once again, i don't have a manual.. i was wondering if all the first gen LS's when locked with the remote made no sound or chirp.. mine makes no sound and when i unlock it using the remote all of the doors unlock at the same time.. i don't know how other LS's work, but it seems kinda weird that all the doors would unlock with the press of one button.. i know the alarm works though
so yeah, is there a way to make it chirp when i lock it using the remote?
thanks in advance

My 1991 does not chirp when the car is remote locked or unlocked. And in order for me to unlock all the doors I have to press the button on the side of the key twice or sometimes repeatedly in order for it to work.

The earlier half of the first gens, mine is a 92, did not chirp; I could be wrong though. The later half, gen 1.5(93 and 94), got more than 50 changes in improvement over the earlier counterpart. The keyless entry system was revised and upgraded.
