new p/s hose now not working plz help

Default new p/s hose now not working plz help

1 st the p/s is leaking , so i replace it with air valve plug then i found out the high pressure hose is leaking too so i bought a new one and installed it but after i installed the new hose every thing not working , it very hard to turn .

i did check is there fluid going to to hose , yes it has.

i did check the Solenoid working by apply voltage to it . yes it working

i did check is there voltage to the Solenoid. yes it has

i did check there fluid reture back. yes it has

and now i have no idea what is going on ....


plz help plz what else i can check? does any one thing is rack and pinion ? but every thing work fine b4 install a new hose

yes

rise the car up turn the steering wheel all the way left than right than left than right .........................

well 1st it should feel some press while turning all the way left but it feel like the fuild not even go into rack and pinion ( but not sure is it that case)

i am planing to put back the stock hose back in next weekend and see .....


if any body get any idea plz plz help i will try


in most case if i replace every new pump , rack and p/s ecu do u think it should work??

look in the pump and see if u can see lots of bubbles in it called aeration....

it looks like it did not go into the rack at all , it might by pass from the pump into the Solenoid then back to the container

well i am not sure how does lexus p/s work so this is just my guess

but i did check the solenoid and it did make the click sound when i apply 12v

also check the connector to the solenoid , it shows 13.4 v key on

does any one know does it make a differet if the o-ring in the solenoid wear out, bc when i clean the solenoid today i see a o-ring but sure it good or not so i just clean it and put it back and still no luck


should i flash the system to see does it help?

should i put the stock hose back and see is that the problem?

maybe i just junk the car lol

new update

some how when i put it on N and rev high rpm 4-5 k rpm the p's seen fine with no problem

also drive at high rpm with no p/s problem

what do u guys think could be??

bad valve on the pump or bad pump, the valve on the pump is supposed to make ur steering work better at lower idle i think
