Default sensor short

i had my car warning light, oil light, brake light, and engine coolant light all come on only to shut back off while i was driving. This has never happened before. Then the warning lights began to flash on and off as if someone was turning them on and off using a switch. Before i made it to my destination everything was back to normal. It was very odd. By the way, i did check all my fluids and my lights; everything was fine. So that makes this occurrence that more bizarre. Does anyone have any ideas of what happened to my car?

Check the Wiring loom on the drivers side trunk hinge, look for any breaks in the wiring or cracks... The one that usually breaks is the big white one with a black stripe..
