Default Oil pan torque specs

Hey guys, I've searched this site as well as other tutorial sites on the web, but I can't get a straight answer. I'm trying to find the torque specs for the oil pan bolts as well as the order in tightening them (to avoid warp-age). Anybody on here got the factory manual with this info? Its a '95 LS, BTW.
Thanks!

They are real low like 30 lbs and need to be done in a cross sequence.

Asked a Toyota mechanic today, and he said 66 in/lbs, but wasn't sure. He said "We don't even use a torque-wrench for that, cuz the torque is so light." Something tells me I should be weary of this tech. Can anyone confirm this?
