Default Tacho has jumped off!!

Gday again gents,

I have another issue I would like to resolve, One day a few months back now My Collum tilt got stuck but i could hear the motor trying move it so i gave it a thump on top of the s/wheel and it moved and havent had a problem with it since, but with the thumb it also made my tacho jump off, it now sits below zero. Ive heard this is a common problem. Any one know if there is a common resolution to fix it???

Thanks heaps guys.

cheers for the advice but I've read it,

That theard is 60% junk (needs a clean up hehe), the other 40% irrelivent to what I need to know.

It is mainly concerning Sluggish Fuel guage, Flicking lights, Faded Needles.

I dont have any of these problems. Just thought someone may of done a DIY fix for my tacho problem. Its cheaper to buy a new dash then to send it off to guys that were advertised.

Has anyone fixed this?

Thanks heaps for any advice.

Much appreciated.
