Default Rear Lamp Warnign Light

Hello Guys,

I hope someone can help. I have a 92 LS400 and was going to install a 12disc player in the trunk. Before installation, I thought I would have a look at the wiring and locations for mounting, etc. I removed the trunk lining on the driver side, I removed the center high mount stop lamp, the trim panel on the shifter, and carpeting panels on the ps interior. Just looked, didnt touch anything.I reinstalled and Now, the rear lamp indicator comes on after I depress the brake pedal and the "R" indicator illuminates when I brake. Seems like I disturbed a ground or something. ANy ideas what might be wrong. Should I replace all the bulbs? Is there a hiden ground I disturbed? Help!

Most of the wierd electrical problems in the LS can be attributed to the trunk wire harness problem. Joe,, good catch with the quick advice as usual. Pretty soon we will be calling you PD(Puredrifter) Jr. LOL!!!!
