Default Bought a '91 LS400

Hey guys, so I finally found a good, clean LS400. 310,000 KMS.. timing belt has been replaced, bought it for 3075~ (CDN).. leather's a bit cracked, but it's extremely soft and comfy.. there's minimal rust on the exterior, but there's some forming on the fenders now.. not a lot though.. there's also some above the windshield.. here's a few pics of it.. =)
oh and it has the nakamichi sound system with the 8" sub(?), aftermarket JVC 12 disc cd changer.. this might be a dumb question, but i was wondering if i wanted to add an additional sub.. would it be possible to wire it from the same sub? lol

You have to wire in an inline converter and then by-pass the stock amp all together to get an aftermarket one. The inline converter is for if you are going to be using the stock stereo system for now. One thing to be aware of is that your amp is gonna work a litle harder to keep up with the sound you want to achieve b/c the stock stereo does not put out much power. So be prepared for a very hot amp that will either go into protect mode(cuts off) or the fan on the amp (if you have a vented one with the fan built in) will constantly be running to keep the amp from overheating.

I would get a new deck, I am looking and the in-dash turn by turn navigation after market units, with built in DVD! The prices are pretty reasonable. The Double Din gives us so much room to work with!!!

so i got the car last week and i think there's something wrong with it's traction control.. i say that cause, the check engine light comes up sometimes and when it does.. the trac off shows up on the cluster.. and then TRAC also comes up.. generally when the check engine light goes away by itself.. the trac off goes away.. but the TRAC often stays behind.. if you turn the car off and turn it back on after a while, everything goes back to normal, from what i've noticed..
anyone have an idea on what the problem might be, and if worse come to worse an approximate on how much it would cost me to replace the traction control..
