Default Spring Cleaning ('95 LS400)

Today is an absolutely perfect day in Indianapolis. I had the day off and since most of the house chores are done I decided to focus my attention on the LS400.

Since winter she only received a few washes here and there and with a new dog, new house and other random junk she was getting rather dirty.

Nevertheless, here she is after a nice wash and wax.

Nice, clean looking LS. I noticed that you have the 98-00 wheels on your 95. I too have them on my 95. Was there a special option to get them on the UCF-20? I thought they only came on the UCF-20 II.

Thank you.

The 98-00 LS4 wheels were standard on the '97 Coach Edition LS4 but never an option on the 95 or 96. I bought and resurfaced some 98 wheels a few months ago. They aren't perfect, but I like the slightly updated look.

Love the blue color combo - don't see many of those - your car is 13 years old and looks fantastic

Default Sweet looking wheels and tires

Noticed you have the Micheline Energy tires on your LS. How have they performed so far? Handling, comfort noise? Beautiful color combo!

That is what blows me away. Even at 13 years old the LS still drives like it is new.

The Michelines were on the car when I bought it. I swapped them over to the newer UCF20II wheels and so far they are a very nice tire. I typically commute 25 miles round trip when in town, but also take a few business trips, they are very quiet on the interstate.

I don't really know about all out performance. However, I am happy with the ride, noise and all weather performance.
