Default Ignition Switch Light and Door Key hole light

I have a 1991 LS400. It came with many options how ever it is not "loaded". Since I have not owned the car long I decided to sit down and read the owners manual. While reading I saw where it says the ignition switch has a "circular light" to help the driver find the key slot in low lighting conditions. It also says the drivers door handle if lifted will illuminate a "circular light" to facilitate finding the key hole. My car does not light up at all. Could it be that this is an option I do not have or could it be burnt out bulbs? Anybody know if this is standard equipment or an option I do not have? Thanks in advance!

if thats the ONLY light that doesnt come on its most likely just burned out, uses a single #74 bulb, small, thin, and short.

Default Drivers door keyhole light

I was able to get the ignition light replaced with a #74 as suggested and it works fine. However, after pulling the door panel off and unscrewing about 20 screws and breaking about 6 plastic fasteners I was able to put my eyes on the back side of the drivers door keyhole light and observed a green light come on when I pulled up on the drivers door handle. But , when I went to the outside of the door I did not see any illumination in the "halo ring" where light should be emitting from. My guess is the lens is dirty or the fact the car is 18 years old the lens has been destroyed and blackened by sunlight and not permitting the light to shine though. I tried to pop off the lid to the key locking mechanism to get a better look at the lens but it is pressure sealed on there and I was unable to pry it off. There is very little room to work with inside this door panel and if you do not have a bunch of different tools you are in for a real head ache!

Maybe it has paint around the edge of the cylinder.
