How do you replace the hose that runs from the windshield washer pump to the hood hinge? Do you attack the problem from the top of the car or the bottom? The hose seem to leave the washer pump and disappears into the fenderwell. Can you just connect a "new" hose to the hose end located at the hood hinge and pull the ne hos through to the washer pump? Are there any clips or brackets in the way?

My wife was in the hospital for a couple of weeks and a field mouse decided he wanted to live under the hood of a LS400 for awhile. He chewed some wires and windshield washer hose.

If anyone has any experience replacing the windshield washer hose I would sure appreciate some tips.
