Hey everyone FNG here lol,

On a 1998 LS is there a plug type fuse like this one which controls the flashing/turn signals? If so, what is it labeled as on the inside of the engine bay fuse cover or somewhere else?

I tried switching up to LED signals but it flashes rapidly so I need one of these spade plug units to fix the issue. Who knows maybe the LS doesn't even have a spade plug deal on it at all.

you could just use load resistors, most of the time cheaper than the recalibrated thermal flashers....

the owners manual lists all the fuses and such.

Yea but not easier plus per the disclaimer:

"You should definitely use one of these instead of Load Resistors if we have one to fit your vehicle.
They operate at the correct flash rate with LED or standard filament bulbs
10~15 Volts DC - Flash Rate: 80 per minute"

load resistors get real hot as in melting wires.
those 3 prong relays do not work on toyotas as they use a whole 7 wire flasher signal unit.

So does that basically mean I can't use LED turn signals without running a risk of catching the car on fire? =/

no, u can use them, they'l just blink faster?

True it does work but the rate if flashes is not cool looking haha. It's a little slower than a burnt out bulb which flashes fast.

Switching to LED's does not mean they are brighter as 95% of all LED socket bulbs are not brighter as they use basic led's and not SMT or SMD's with a minimum of 1 watt per light . Otherwise you get less lumen output (light) and is a waste of time as no one can see them in the day properly.
