Question Height Control LS

I have a '95 LS400 with a nice set of rims and nicely lowered. However, the car underbody get scratched all the time thanks to the *censored* speed breakers in my area. The car is in green in color and now I'm planning to sell this and get a 98-2000 UCF20 II , in black. Would I have height control in it? Which LS's come with the height control option?

Thanks guys! : )

The easiest way to tell if the car has height control would be to check the center console by the shifter. Not allof them came with this option. There should be a button located by the shifter.

Yeah got that. My dad owns a junkyard and I have seen that most Japanese (over 90%) celsiors have it. Shame that the one in USA doesn't have it. The Japanese load every car .. and giv the rest of the people peanuts! :-/

Would it be possible for me to take out the hydraulics from the Celsior one and put it on my U.S.A specs LS? Would it affect ride comfort in any sort? What changes would i experience?

your better off going with an after market air suspension or finding some kind of controller for the stock suspension.

I agree with PD. If i make any changes, I'll shift the whole shocks with the springs and the controllers of an LS and even change my center control by the gear to have those buttons, hehe! =D

But is it worth it? I like ridin' low .. gives the car a completely different look! =)
Thats my baby!

pD .. I plan on riding low with the OEM suspensions .. You said they'll blow up and I do know quite a few people who have gone through hell because of this. Any way to avoid this?

really, how low do they ride and are they like that all the time?

ive heard rumors of it being possible on the 98-00 airstruts, but not the earlier models....
