Brought this 93 back from the dead , new 2 tone leather interior , newer 99 wheels , new fender (took me 6 months to find a mint black jade pearl with 23 years of patina on it that would match my paint) , complete overhaul of engine , brakes , steering , exhaust , paint is near perfect for being 23 years old .... I've owned around 30 cars in the past 10 years of my life and this thing is one of the best driving vehicles I have ever owned. 230,000kms and just getting broken in.

Favorite thing about it ? Feeling refreshed and not tired after a 10 hour drive.

Fantastic car, curtisf! Looks like you've done a wonderful job with the restoration. I wouldn't even realize the fender was changed.

If i ever put aftermarket rims on my 95 LS400 I will put some like yours! they look so good! What are these rims?

EDIT: Ok " Work VS-XX"

Default 1990 LS400 Rare Color Interior/Exterior & very low miles

Very nice rides! Beautiful LS's.
Hi Club Lexus! I have a mint condition 1990 LS400 with 51K miles!! Yes, 51K miles!
This original first year Lexus needs a good home. It is rare and a gem.
I just bought from a one owner & It only needed a minor power steering pump repair and radio antennae replacement.
It was ordered with Burgundy cloth interior and burgundy exterior.
Close to mint condition. Always garaged.
My goal is to sell it to someone that truly appreciates this first year Lexus.
It is beautiful and has so many more miles to travel!
Please spread the word, car is in San Diego. Willing to travel or of course can be shipped.

I am also willing to discuss with members any interesting facts or information about these LS400's.

Welcome, Jeff! Sad to hear you're selling it so soon, though.. Very nice car you have there, with the odd but interesting burgundy on burgundy color combination (cloth, too!). I've only seen the burgundy interior once before.

Would love to see more photos of it (interior and exterior), but it's too far for someone like me.

Good luck.

Hi Celsior & thank you.
I'll post more pictures asap.
It is a rare color combo for sure. Would love to keep it but already have too many cars & projects!!
This is the true Burgundy color in Interior
