the wheels are dipped white cus the chrome was old and fugly
they would probably look awesome polished or brushed though..just too lazy
and the car is neither dipped or primered..painted satin black as a base coat to sand down later

If all your chrome trim were white to match the hr3's, my pants would get tighter every time I looked at your car. And imo, chrome isn't that bad.. I have been mulling over the idea of some custom silver/polished faced, chrome lipped hr3's for some time now... Especially now since my rims are on the chopping block and I will be in the market before next spring...
Either that or some ordens... Shmee's car makes me want ordens (BADLY), even if my wallet isnt that deep..
