Thumbs down new.....firewall location

ive own my 90ls for almost a year and im putin in subs and amp yea yea, i had everything torn apart and cant find a place for my power wire to run from the battery through the firewall call me an idiot but i cant find it, does this mean i will have to drill a hole i hope not, please help my sub box will be finished tomoro so asap please

No dont do that. Run the cable down parallel to your exhaust manifold and go under to where the driver seat is. There is a rubber grommet there. Pull it out and make a hole in it and pull the cable through. Then run it under the carpetting into the trunk through the area where the back seats are.

I will show you a pic tomorrow if you cant find it.

i did a simlar thing except i found a slot that followed it all the way to the back of the car and found the rubber grommet leading right into the trunk at the back...I will try and post pics as well... but just make sure it doesn't touch your exhaust manifold, mine did that the first time and the rubber melted off on the wire, if it woulda touch the metal on my car it woulda been allllllllllll bad for me and my car's electronics. Thank god for my local car shop that saw this when we raised the car up.

I will try and post pics as well if you would like...although it may not be until the weekend.

Word. This is how I have my car setup, and there are places where you can use cable ties to secure the cable properly. And this is how I tell other people to wire their cars
