Default Wheel Bearings or Brakes? HELP

Hello all, having a bit of a problem. While trying to leave work @ approx midnight on one of the coldest days of the year, I put my car in reverse (after leaving it running for about 10 minutes) my car wen't clunk, clunk, stop. I accelerated, same problem. When I got into drive, my Right rear wheel won't turn, my left rear turns. there was a fluid (i think brake fluid) leaking from the affected wheel. My fluid levels are to my knowledge good. All the ones I can check from the hood that is. My partner from the ambulance I was on during the day walked out and said he heard a crunch, thinking it was a wheel bearing. My father thinks it is a brake isssue. NOTE my breaks have been spongy for a while as well as rough when I brake.

Please help!!!

Could have been a caliper locking up. Jack the car up on that side and manually turn the wheel to see if you can hear noise. if the wheel does not turn freely,, caliper locked up. If it does turn freely, and you hear noise,, most likely bearings.
