Default Seized pulley -- need replacement pn

My father's LS400 has eaten a serpentine belt due to one of the pulley's seizing up. It's the one right above the water pump, a groved pully that doesn't seem to serve any function other than for belt routing (just a threaded bolt holding it on). The bearings on it are toast, so the belt just shredded against it right as he pulled in the driveway.

Can anyone get me a PN for replacement? Or, does this pully also exist on any of the 2JZ motors? If so I'll yank one off my spares.

Thanks!
