New today Nokian WR TIRES...GOOD CHOICE???
Hope I made a great choice with these tires!
Total cost $692.72 or $173.18 each installed.
I live in the Berkshires Mass.
Does anyone have a personal review of these tires?
Winter/Summer?
Traction- Snow/Ice?
Noise- Winter/Summer?
Thanks in advance!
Scott

Do a search for Nokian (and Nokians) and you'll find some comments about the WRs. Generally people like them. Not as quiet as some of the better touring tires, but have far better snow traction than touring tires. I'm considering a set for year-round, if I don't get separate winter wheels.

I had a set I ran on my Audi A6 Quattro. They were incredible tires. They did get very noisy and were very difficult to get balanced well (I drive a huge amount of highway miles). I expect you'll have good luck with them, just don't run them year round like I did. They are advertised as tires you can run year round, but if you can, I'd make 'em winter only tires
