Check connector at lower left corner of radiator. This sensor being disconnected will cause constant fan with just key on.

I checked the sensor..it's looking ok...is there a way that I can just unplug the fan to have it turn off? it's slowing down the car everytime I go up the hill or on hwy.. and it's consuming gas like water..any idea?
thanks
