Refreshing all the rubber, it would no doubt be pretty nice again. Relative to miles, this becomes one of the issues with keeping an aging car roadworthy. Upper lower CA bushings, sway bar bushings, mounts, I can see this hitting $1,500 easily. Given that the main drive line tends to be well engineered it boils down to how much love the owner is willing to lavish to keep them in top shape.
At our current annual miles and considering other LS's here, I can roughly expect ours to last ~6 more years. At some point there, the worn suspension bushings will need to be replaced as the tire wear will become pretty bad. Along there will also be various plastic engine parts that will begin to crack from the heat cycling then any component wear like rack pinion, alternator, A/C compressor...TB, etc.

I just bought a 91 with 125K, I have no rattles at all... the interior is great.. although i will agree with the comment about the leather on the seats... seems like its not of the highest quality.. Im going to go with a softer leather when i recover mine
