Default Missing(running rough) '95

hey guys im new to this and need some help..I have a 1995 ls400 with about 430,000 miles on it.And yes that is correct mileage..I have just recently done the timing belt again and car ran fine..2 days later i went and added dist. caps, rotor buttons and plugs..I also cleaned the throttle body...The plugs wires were marked so they are in place..I thought at first i had foulded the plugs out so i put the old ones back in and problem still existed..it has a miss at idle and then when you go to rev at about 3,000rpms it sounds like it is hitting the rev limiter by missing. But it will rev up to 5000 rpms and doesnt seem to miss at that point. Also spark knocks too..This problem didnt occur till i replace caps rotor buttons and cleaned the throttle body....When i cleaned it i took the intake tube off and did it directly at throttle body.I have also tried another set of caps and rotor buttons but didnt help.If have any suggestions please let me know.

How old are the plug wires? I had a progressively worsening misfire on my 1993 LS that was completely solved ba replacing the plug wires.

I found that the right cam had jumped time(1 and 1/2 teeth) during throttle body cleaning when it backfired..retimed and is good for another 60k or so..so at 1/2 a million miles it will need to be changed again
