'90 LS400, deacceleration whine
When slowing down (throttle closed) coming down hills, I hear a whine and it sounds like it's coming from around the tail of the transmission and not the rear differential. Is there a common cause for this sort of noise that can be rectified? Something like u-joint replacement or somesuch.
